Purpose

To serve as the community cohesion and global connectivity pillar of the Hye Diaspora Congress by strengthening local Armenian communities, integrating regional and thematic networks, and uniting the global diaspora into a coordinated, participatory, and resilient institutional system.

To empower Armenian communities worldwide by fostering organized community development, strong diaspora networks, and meaningful participation in the governance, programs, and long-term mission of the Hye Diaspora Congress.
